Warranty and Replacements
Taintor Tools for School warrants all software products against defects or damage for 60 days after purchase date. For assistance in determining whether a disk is defective and to arrange replacement, contact our Technical Support Center at admin@taintorts.com.

Returns
Taintor Tools for school maintains a full, money-back guarantee on unopened packages returned within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be granted if the product is in the original, shrink-wrapped carton along with the original sales receipt, all original packaging, warranties, and accessories.

Taintor Tools for School reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and may refuse a refund for returned materials that are used or incomplete.

Taintor Tools for School does not provide refunds for shipping charges.

Lab Pack Preview Policy
If you are considering the purchase of a multiple-computer software package (lab pack) and have not examined the software content, please order a single-computer package first and examine it. Taintor Tools for School will subtract the cost of a single-computer package from the cost of a lab pack if you order a lab pack within 90 days.

Multiple-School Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts may apply to district purchases of multiple-computer software packages (lab packs) for four or more schools. For more information, please contact admin@taintorts.com.

When placing an order, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Taintor Tools for School offers 3 shipping options at a fixed price per shipment:

• FEDEX - Federal Express Next Day: $6.25
• FEDEX - Federal Express Overnight: $7.50

Taintor Tools for School ships all packages using the following methods. However, other shipping methods are available, so please contact us if another means of delivery is preferred. Other shipping methods will be charged accordingly.

Continental U.S. (48 States) - Street Addresses
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with shipping charge based on size, weight, and destination of the product. Prices start at approximately $5.95. Delivery may take up to a week, depending on destination.

Continental U.S. (48 States) - APO/FPO and P.O. Box Addresses
All orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail with shipping charge based on size, weight, and destination of the product. Prices start at approximately $5.95. Deliveries to APO destinations are shipped free of charge. Delivery may take up to a week, depending on destination.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Blue with shipping charge based on size, weight, and destination of the product. Prices start at approximately $10.95. Delivery takes 2-3 days on average, depending on destination.

Canada
All orders are shipped via U.S. Mail with shipping charge based on size, weight, of the product. Prices start at approximately $8.95. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks on average to arrive in Canada. Allow additional time for customs handling. Canadian customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Canadian customers should check with their local government concerning such charges.

Other International Orders
All international orders are shipped via DHL with shipping charge based on size, weight, and destination of the product. Prices start at approximately $21.00. Delivery takes 3-5 days on average to arrive to your country, depending on destination. Allow additional time for customs handling.
