There are times durring play that some tools are disabled. They will be enabled when that tool's function is available.

There are times durring play that the entire toolbar is not visible. It will reappear when you have completed your current task.

KEY	TITLE	ACTION
	File.	Use this key to Save or to Exit the campaign.   Save can also be accomplished using the Alt S Shortcut and Exit can be accomplished using Alt X. This same key is used to access the preference screens.
	Scheduling.	Use this key to schedule trips to states where you want to increase your support. This same key is used to access information about your campaign staff. The bus map can be turned on (or off) using this key but the Ctr M Shortcut might work better for this function.
	Finances.	Use this key to access your checkbook or to borrow money.
	Advertising.	Use this key to buy advertising.
	Issues.	Use this key to indicate your stand on issues.
	Chart.	Use this tool to open a chart showing the current popularity, state count and electoral college votes count.
	Graph.	Use this tool to open a graph showing the electoral college vote count for each day past.
	Map.	Use this tool to open a map showing the current situation.
	Reference.	Use this tool to access information about past elections.
	Score.	Use this tool to see your score and the high scores for previouse campaigns.
	Help.	Use the tool to open the help screens.
	Clock.	Use this tool to start or stop the clock.
